Boardmasters Surf & Music Festival
6-10 August, 2025
Boardmasters is a 5-day event situated across two stunning locations in Cornwall – the surfing mecca of the UK, Fistral Beach where Boardmasters famous International Surf Competitions take place and arguably the most stunning location in the country to watch live music, Watergate Bay. Last year saw Boardmasters welcome over 150,000 festivalgoers across its two sites over the 5 days of the festival.
Guided Coastal Walk
Follow the trail along the cliffs or stroll directly on the beach — but always check tide times, as some sections can become cut off.
To the north, the path leads towards Padstow, with villages and sea views along the way. Southbound, it crosses the Gannel Estuary, where seasonal footbridges and a ferry (mid-May to September) allow continued access to Holywell Bay and Perranporth.
Whether you’re after a gentle walk or a full-day adventure, the path offers unforgettable views and easy access via local buses.
